What I Offer as a Doula
As a doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and shortly after birth. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and informed every step of the way.
My Services Include:
- Prenatal Support
We’ll meet during pregnancy to talk about your birth preferences, answer questions, process any fears, and help you feel confident going into labor. - Labor & Birth Support
I’ll be with you throughout labor to provide hands-on comfort (like massage, counter-pressure, breathing techniques), emotional reassurance, advocacy, and grounding presence—whether you’re birthing at home, a hospital, or a birth center. - Partner Support
I support partners too—offering guidance, reassurance, and ways to stay involved, connected, and confident in their role. - Postpartum Support (immediate)
I stay with you after birth to make sure you’re settled, supported in early bonding and feeding, and have space to process your experience.
